Supply Chain: Logistics, warehousing and distribution go hand in hand

In close cooperation with other divisions we make the HSE24 delivery promise possible. Using an efficient and effective product availability system, we ensure that the ordered products arrive at the desired location as quickly as possible.

The satisfaction of our customers and the incredible variety of products are the cornerstones of your activities. Your tasks include, for example, the planning and control of our goods ordered in and outside of Europe or the fulfillment in the central warehouse. In the Inbound Logistics team, you plan and coordinate the transport to our logistics center in Greven and take care of the transports by our service providers. In the Warehouse team, you are the interface to quality management and quality assurance and take care of incoming goods, picking, return-to-vendor, and packaging in the warehouse.

No matter the product, you will find a shipping solution for everything. The fact that the packages arrive quickly and safely at our customers’ door is due to your forward-looking actions in the Distribution team and the close exchange with our Customer Service and Planning departments. Inventory and returns handling for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are also part of the daily job.

Quality Management: More than just quality assurance

As a Quality Manager you make sure that only tested and approved goods are shipped to our customers. In the function of an internal and external consultant, you have a direct impact on product quality – and thus on customer satisfaction. Advice, expert opinions, analysis and audits are part of your daily job. Using classic quality management tools and SAP, you contribute to legal compliance and ensure that there are no follow-up costs.

In the Quality Management team, you can decide, for example, whether the products will even be sold. Checking the documents and functionality is on your list of tasks during the initial sample check. You also audit our suppliers and check the conditions at the production facilities.

The Quality Assurance team works from our logistics center in Greven. Here you oversee, for example, the arrival of goods or take over the incoming goods inspection according to AQL standards.

Where we work

Ismaning is located on the outskirts of Munich between the Bavarian capital and the airport. The HSE24 campus is 13 kilometers from the city center of Munich and is easy to reach by all means of transportation. The suburban train (S8) takes you from Ismaning to Munich’s Marienplatz in 23 minutes, or the airport terminal in just 15 minutes. There are also bus connections to the Studentenstadt (U6) subway station. Our campus offers everything you need: a cafeteria, roof terraces, various lawns, and green areas for a stroll during lunch, as well as plenty of free parking.
